–     Fillout – form capture and data entry

Content entered into the "Their Story" section of the Platform will be automatically and permanently deleted after 6 months from the date of entry. You will receive a notification before deletion occurs. Please ensure you download or export any content you wish to retain.

We are not responsible for any loss of content that occurs after the applicable retention period.

–     With family members or other individuals you explicitly invite to share access to your planning record

–     With our third-party service providers (Softr, Airtable, Fillout) strictly for the purpose of operating the Platform
